To book:Send us an email or WhatsApp with the desired arrival and departure date. We will let you know as soon as possible whether the yurt is available. The reservation is final after receipt of 50% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total rent must be paid in one go.

Cancel:Up to 6 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the rent. After payment of the entire rent (ie within 6 weeks before arrival), no refund is possible. We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
​
Checking in and out:You are welcome from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are requested to leave the yurt no later than 10:00 am. Other times in consultation.
​
Price per night:Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar €75 (minimum 2 nights) / Apr, May, Jun, Sept, Oct €95 (minimum 2 nights) / Jul, Aug €110 (minimum 2 nights).

Inclusive:The prices include water, electricity, gas heater, fiber optic internet, bed linen and towels for bathroom and kitchen, final cleaning. Towels can be changed every four days. Bed linen is changed once a week. For stays longer than seven nights, we clean once a week.

Facilities:2 beds of 90x200cm with good mattresses (with a thick top mattress it is a double bed), 2 duvets, 4 pillows, bed linen, two-seater sofa, dining and work table with 2 chairs, picnic table, pergola, sun loungers, lounge chairs, dining table with 2 chairs, around the yurt are different places to sit in the sun or in the shade, 2-burner induction hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine for Nespresso cups, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, crockery and glassware, hand and tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, basic foodstuffs (oil, spices, tea, a few coffee cups), toilet, toilet paper, sink, shower, washing line, fire extinguisher, fire blanket.
General amenities:washing machine (€5 per wash incl. detergent), ironing board, steam iron, books, first aid kit, estate of 2.5 ha. with many mature trees that provide shade and fruit and when the time is right, you can pick it yourself.

Environment:Nearby, about 10 minutes away, are quiet beaches, a protected nature reserve (Ria Formosa) and green mountains, but also (fishing) villages with local restaurants and shops. There are also opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kiting, supping, canoeing, (sea) fishing, yoga.
Massage:Silvia is a professional masseur and has her massage parlor at our nearby quinta where you can book a wonderful relaxing massage or other treatment.
